Premium Laundry Service, LLC, Terms and Conditions of Service:

Premium Laundry Service, LLC services are provided subject to you, (“Customer”), compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following agreement carefully. “Customer” use of any of Premium Laundry Service, LLC’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement is strictly between Premium Laundry Service, LLC and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Premium Laundry Service, LLC’s services, and for the mutual benefit of Premium Laundry Service, LLC and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery Schedule:
Pick ups and deliveries will occur Monday thru Friday only and not on weekends or selected holidays. Premium Laundry Service, LLC reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.
Pick Up and Delivery, Procedure and Terms: Customer agrees to include only (i) washable items in the “wash and fold” bag and (ii) items that can be washed, pressed, or special care items in the “wash” bag. If Customer does not have a “Premium Laundry Service” bag available, Customer may leave clothing in any available bag. Bags will not be returned to Customer. Customer is responsible for all damage to clothing, cleaning machines, or anything else when caused by any items present in the laundry bags. It is the Customer’s responsibility to deliver the dirty laundry bags to a Premium Laundry Service, LLC representative at the appointed location and time. The schedule will be communicated directly to the Customer. Convenient 4 hour pick up and delivery time frame. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.

Missed Delivery – Pick Up – Billing:
In the event that a Customer misses a pick up or delivery there will not be a missed delivery charge. Premium Laundry Service, LLC is not responsible for and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off, whether left by Customer or Premium Laundry Service, LLC
Payment: Customers will be billed periodically, but no less frequently than on a monthly basis via credit card or debit card. All payments are due within 15 days of receiving each invoice. Premium Laundry Service reserves the right to change billing terms at any time without prior notice. Premium Laundry Service, at its sole discretion, may choose to bill customer before delivery of each order,or bi weekly by credit card rather than on a once per month basis. Customers must maintain a valid and current credit card or debit card number on file. Customer hereby grants to Premium Laundry Service, LLC the right to charge its credit card or debit card for any such charges for any given month or term, consents to the billing of its credit card or credit card for such charges, and agrees to pay for any excess services provided. Such overages will be calculated by using the standard and usual non-bulk, retail rate charged for the particular service provided.
Specialty Care Sheets: All specialty care requests must be communicated in writing to Premium Laundry Service, LLC. Unless receipt of such request is confirmed, Premium Laundry Service will not be responsible therefore.

Garment Care and Missing or Damaged Goods:
Premium Laundry Service, LLC will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. Premium Laundry Service, LLC accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Premium Laundry Service, LLC accepts no liability for “special care” items that require special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. Premium Laundry Service, LLC reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. Premium Laundry Service, LLC does not guarantee removal of all stains. Premium Laundry Service, LLC will have its cleaning service re-clean items that were not properly cleaned and not yet worn since they have been cleaned. Premium Laundry Service, LLC is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags. Premium Laundry Service, LLC is not liable for damage to or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers. “Customer must notify Premium Laundry Service, LLC within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

Service Providers/Disclaimer of Certain Liabilities:
Premium Laundry Service, LLC or its associates will deliver Customer items to and from a dry-cleaning service of Premium Laundry Service, LLC’s choice. Premium Laundry Service, LLC reserves the right to utilize any outsourcer, vendor, or outside service provider, for any service, at its sole discretion without notice to Customer.

Disclaimer:
Premium Laundry Service, LLC’s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Premium Laundry Service, LLC’s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Premium Laundry Service, LLC be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Premium Laundry Service, LLC knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Premium Laundry Service, LLC disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.

Interior Access To Property For Delivery, Hold Harmless/Indemnification. If access to the Customer’s property for delivery of clothing and other specialty items is allowed; Customer hereby waives any and all claims against Premium Laundry Service, LLC and its officials, agents, and employees for damage to or loss of use of property which arise as a result of Customer allowing access to his or her property for the purpose of delivering clothing and other specialty items. Customer agrees to indemnify Premium Laundry Service, LLC and its officials, agents, and employees for any bodily or personal injuries they may incur arising as a result of Customer allowing access to his or her property for the purpose
Entire Agreement/Choice of Law: This agreement and any documents referred to herein constitute the complete, exclusive, and entire agreement between the parties, may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties, and shall be governed by the state in which it operates.
